Virginia was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 2, 1928, to the late Clarence and Mary Turbeville Kemp. He served his country faithfully in the US Airforce and served his community tirelessly through the Milford Little League, as well as the Orchard Hills and Milford Rec basketball programs, coaching Milford’s kids for 30 years.
